- I can talk with you about the fundamentals of nutrition, and help you evaluate how your diet might be supporting -- or working against -- your physical & emotional wellbeing.
- With a series of questionnaires, I can offer guidance on some amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and/or other supplements that might be supportive of your mental health, based on your specific symptoms or complaints. For some, this provides a safe and affordable means of bolstering every day functioning and mood stability.
- If you're considering trying antidepressant/ anti-anxiety medication, but you are reluctant, you have the option to explore this inexpensive, low-risk, non-prescription path first if you like. With a minimal investment of time and money, you will know whether it's helpful for reducing your unwanted symptoms. * See note below
- If you need help managing the withdrawal symptoms of discontinuing an antidepressant medication after longterm use, I can offer an amino acid protocol for you to discuss with your medical doctor.
